v    That every diocese would establish a committee on disability concerns.

 

v    That there would be more people with disabilities ordained to the diaconate and priesthood and that in the discernment process, these candidates would be treated equally.

 

v    That the Millennium Development Goals would take notice of how each goal impacts persons with disabilities.

 

v    That there would be a sum of money available to make small grants to small congregations wanting to become architecturally accessible.

 

v    That architectural accessibility would always be one of the criteria considered when planning a diocesan or national church meeting, conference, or worship event.

 

v    That congregations and the National Church would advocate for more equitable living conditions for persons with disabilities (for example, more than seventy percent of all people with disabilities are unemployed).

 

v    That seminaries would offer a course on disability awareness.
